Financial Audit

FYE 2021 Final Audit

Form 990 FYE 2021

Like many couples, we dreamed about building our family. Having biological children was not an option for us, but we loved the idea of adoption. The Children’s Home Society helped us welcome our daughter home and turn a once-empty nursery into a space filled with love and laughter. A dream is now a reality, a couple now a family. My husband and I couldn’t imagine not adopting—it’s the best thing we ever did. Everyone wins with adoption, and it’s that simple. Our children became family the day they entered our home. Without the opportunity of adoption, my life would be missing two miracles. Being a foster parent is one of the most fulfilling things you can do. We talk so often about giving back to the community or to a cause, but what better way to do that than by giving a child a home and a family? Fostering is giving to the future, a child’s future.
