Health insurance is available to full-time employees only. 75% of the monthly premium is covered by CHS. Employer-paid health and reimbursement plans are available, as well as access to mental health and telemedicine care. In addition, dental and orthodontic insurance and vision and hearing insurance are available.

Grief comes in many forms and whether it’s help coping with a loss of major life changes, you can turn to professional counselors and support services through LifeWorks US Inc., to support you and your family moving forward.
Family Medical Leave
The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) provides employees who have worked one year and at least 1,250 hours with up to 12 weeks of job-protected leave per year. This leave may be paid if the employee is full-time and has accrued any paid leave. It also requires that their group health benefits be maintained during the leave. The Chief Executive Officer will grant family and medical leave to qualified employees’ for: an employee's extended illness; the need to care for a child, spouse or parent with a serious health condition; the birth or adoption of a child; and placement of a child with the employee for foster care.
Supplemental Insurance Options
Supplemental insurance options include: cancer insurance that pays cash for preventative services; accident insurance to help offset unexpected medical expenses; hospital confinement indemnity insurance that provides added financial protection for hospital stays; critical illness insurance that compliments your major medical insurance by providing a lump sum benefit if you are diagnosed with a critical illness; additional disability insurance to replace a portion of your income if you become disabled from an accident or sickness; additional life insurance that enables you to tailor coverage for your individual needs and helps provide financial security for your family members.
